Everything is good I just wish there was more street parking or allowed to park on the street in the back side of the community. So don’t have to worry about getting towed.

This community is small and that’s what I love about it. Very relaxing and quiet. Tucked in a space close to everything so very convenient but away from all the crowds and noise.

We have had a great experience living here at Townhomes at Bridlestone! My only complaint would be in regards to parking. There really are few guest parking spots when you consider how many residents we have here. It's always a bit of a struggle when we invite people over.

Quite neighborhood with very nice pool!Front office and maintenance very helpful. Front of Town home was nice until they repaired pipes. Now drains a lot of red clay right in front of house. Hope they fix! Inside is upgraded except for the awful carpet.

Great community and friendly staff. The facilities are very good and the pool and bbq areas are great. The dog park is a perfect size. The apartments are great size and very well maintained . The maintenance is always on top of issues

I've been living in the Bridlestone community for 18 months and I really enjoy it here. The staff are very nice and accomodating, especially Emri. They go out of their way to ensure community life is enjoyable. The neighborhood is very welcoming and there are great amenities. The area is in a perfect location because we are not far from Uptown Charlotte. Overall this is a great place to live.

If you're moving to the area, this is the place to move to! The units are HUGE and so beautiful. The Bridlestone team was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose to move here all over again!

I had to renew my lease and somehow my rent got listed wrongly. I went to the office and spoke with Emri about it, she immediately looked into it and sorted it out in 5 mins. super woman!

The community is well kept and quiet, it’s a great area to call home. We literally couldn’t be happier that we moved here. The homes are new so they are absolutely breathtaking inside. The price per month is a bit costly, so I’m hoping the price doesn’t go up too much at renewal because bridlestone really is a wonderful place to call home. It is telling that they do quarterly Maintence (it’s so important and often other communities don’t come do filters etc.) I wish they had a spa/hot tub and bigger pool, but we did the sister property amenity sign up at tower view Ballantyne which is a huge perk! My move in experience was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and willing to help. tl;dr: you’ll love it and be thrilled to call bridlestone home.

Our townhome is very spacious. Beautiful community. Great neighbors and amazing leasing staff! The events are a lot of fun. Pool, gym, playground and dog park are wonderful to have. We love living here!

Excellent service. Had my ice machine not working, called and they fixed it within 24 hrs of my call. When the service man arrived, I'd some light bulbs not working and he immediately replaced it. that was super.

We absolutely love it here. We moved here quickly with not much time to research the area. We came across Townhomes at Bridlestone and toured ASAP. We were nervous about renting given our past experiences, but the place was gorgeous and the staff was so efficient that we literally signed our lease and moved in within a 2 day timeframe. The staff has been amazing, our neighbors are friendly, there are lots of dogs, and it is a gorgeous neighborhood. This place has truly become our home.

We love Bridlestone! After we moved in a few months ago, we have attended some of the events at the clubhouse. My teenage son and I attended the pizza making event and my mom and I made door wreaths at another event. Something for everyone in the family! I love the family friendly events! This all townhouse community feels like home.

Our Experience has been excellent at Bridlestone. The community is very clean and the residents are all very nice. The office staff is exceptional and very professional. We absolutely love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly. Pool is always clean. Neighbors are kind and respectful. We had poor experiences renting in the past, but we could not be happier with the living experience here. We came to April and Keith needing a place to live ASAP. We were able to sign a lease and move in two days later because of their efforts. Highly recommend!

Wonderful community! The all townhome community feels like a small village with friendly neighbors and staff. The village green offers a gathering space for a variety of interests, grilling, boce ball for adults, tag for kids, something for everyone.

Bridlestone is by far one of the best homes I have lived in since I moved to America. The management team is great to deal with, the community is well maintained, and my neighbors are friendly. The townhome itself is absolutely gorgeous; love the modern features! I love how this community is all-inclusive and hosts fun events and even sweat sessions at the gym!

Keith and April were so wonderful. At times I can be a bit indecisive and was worried about picking the right home for our families needs. In the Spyglass layout, 3 BR, 3 1/2 B. Well appointed townhomes with nice layout. Kitchen has lots of storage. Spacious garage with room for storage. Love the outdoor terrace.
